The location of the Manzoni in Montecatini Terme is excellent. it’s just a short walk to shops and local attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making check-in smooth and easy. I really liked the spacious room with a comfortable bed and a mini-bar stocked with drinks. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection. The croissants were especially impressive. On the downside, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool, which made it uncomfortable at times. I encountered a bit of street noise that occasionally disturbed my rest. The amenities around the pool didn’t quite match expectations either—it felt more cramped, and some areas looked worn out.

I had a pleasant stay with a warm and inviting atmosphere and a great selection of simple but varied meals. however, some amenities like the pool weren't as depicted in the images.

The hotel suffers from severe noise issues as rooms overlook either a busy street or an undesirable view. The pools do not resemble the advertised images, and the surrounding ambiance is lackluster—a poorly executed sauna-like environment instead of a refreshing swimming experience.
